Branding Excellence
At COHN, I worked with the team to build a strong brand identity and website for White Haven. The client came to us to rebrand their investment firm to help them look, sound and feel as best-in-class as their properties. The whole scope consisted of brand, logo design, brand design, collateral and website design.

Excellence is the Differentiator
White Haven has a reputation that proceeds them, but their brand and website didn't reflect that. Our objective with the rebrand was to make them stand out while also making sure that they were growing with their community and not out of it.
KEY INSIGHT
White Haven boasts a certain level of confidence that is backed my a proven track record and reputation. There isn't a competitor that can promise the level of sophistication that White Haven can and the brand needed to reflect that.
SOLUTION
Our goal was to make White Haven look, sound and feel as upgraded and as refined as their properties. With their strong ties in Phoenix, AZ we created a visual identity that borrowed color, texture and imagery from the warm, desert area. Helping them stand apart from other investments firms who can appear cold and modern with overused blues and serif fonts. This also helped double-down on their reputation for being the premier investment firm in the area and showed the sophistication the brand promises to deliver to their investors and tenants.

At the end of the project, White Haven was thrilled with the new look and feel of their brand. They were able to back their confidence with new collateral and marketing materials and send new prospects to a website that felt like stepping into a brand new home.
